01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "kg36," "we," "us," "our" refers to the kg36 online gaming platform, its operators, licensees, and affiliated entities responsible for operating the website at kg36.app.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the kg36 platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on kg36, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Platform" refers collectively to the kg36 website, mobile interface, game content, payment systems, and associated services.
• "Real Money Gaming" means any game or wager on kg36 involving actual PHP funds deposited into a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by kg36 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that kg36 requires all Players to complete prior to withdrawing funds or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
• "PHT" means Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), which governs all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active kg36 Account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. kg36 strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use. Corporate, trust, or third-party registrations are not permitted.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on kg36 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had a kg36 Account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

kg36 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision.

03 Account Management

One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one kg36 Account at any given time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kg36 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify kg36 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. kg36 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

KYC Verification. kg36 is required to verify the identity of all Players as a condition of providing Real Money Gaming services. You must submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by kg36 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or full Account suspension.

Account Currency. All kg36 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). kg36 does not maintain multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, and applicable conversion fees may apply.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. kg36 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT, subject to availability. kg36 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the kg36 account portal and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change and Players should consult the portal for current figures.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected. kg36 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank clearing times, or public holidays.

Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. For anti-money laundering compliance, kg36 generally requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Excess winnings may be withdrawn via the Player's preferred method subject to verification.

No Third-Party Payments. kg36 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the Account may be subject to review.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kg36 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion from multiple Accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• kg36 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus in good faith will not be retroactively affected by amendments, except where required by applicable law or regulation.
• Bonus Funds not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• kg36 may, at its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of certain Players to participate in specific promotions based on their account history, gameplay patterns, or verification status.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the kg36 Platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on kg36 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live dealing process. kg36 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, kg36's system will complete the round according to the game's rules and the result will stand. kg36 is not responsible for any losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within the game interface prior to placing any wager. kg36 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software malfunction or error, all affected game rounds will be declared void and all wagers returned to Players. kg36 will not honour any wins that result from a software malfunction, regardless of what is displayed on screen during the malfunction.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg36 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or system on the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software for financial gain. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to [email protected] immediately.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer, and bingo.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with kg36.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to obscure your true location.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other Players or kg36 staff members through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the kg36 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface design, and audiovisual materials — is the property of kg36 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kg36.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, kg36's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kg36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if kg36 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kg36 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10 Privacy & Data

Your use of the kg36 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how kg36 collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering for a kg36 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time on our Privacy Policy page.

11 Suspension & Termination

Termination by Player. You may close your kg36 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Suspension or Termination by kg36. kg36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behaviour;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to kg36; or
• kg36 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, kg36 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, kg36 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory complaint mechanisms available to Players under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Where applicable, kg36 operates in compliance with regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and relevant local government units. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory Philippine consumer protection or gaming legislation.

13 Amendments

kg36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kg36 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, and may notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the kg36 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
